The Guangdong Xiangdu project responds to the national the Belt and Road policy, echoes the central government's call for building beautiful new villages, and aligns with the national policy of vigorously developing the cultural industry. It also serves as a demonstration of local economic upgrading and transformation.
Currently, there are several entities that have expressed interest in jointly advancing the project with us, including Taiwan's Xingang Fragrance Art Company, Fujian Putian Shanyi Li's Craft Co., Ltd., Burdon Essence and Fragrance Group, and Tourism Holdings Listed Company, among others. Guangdong Xiangdu Culture Co., Ltd., as the planning and promotion unit of the entire project, has been accumulating experience for over a decade. Over the past decade, it has been diligently promoting the implementation of the entire project. The project research, feasibility analysis, and project planning have already been completed. It is currently in the approval stage, ready to launch.
In response to the national call for the development of the cultural industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the Liaobu Town Government has established supporting facilities for the development and continuation of local cultural characteristics, including the China Agarwood Museum, Xiangshi Painting Academy, Xiangshi Zoo, Xiangshi Park, and Xiangshi Film and Television City. It has also renovated the Xixi Ancient Village, Old Yaxiang Street, Ancient Shisan Handicraft Shop, and Ancient Xiangshi Wharf. For over a decade, the town has been hosting the China Agarwood Expo. Additionally, Liaobu is located between two major first-tier cities, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, surrounded by scenic spots and leisure resorts. With its cultural connotations and unique geographical location, Xiangdu Culture hopes to add some commercial support to this place, allowing the cultural fragrance to continue to emanate.
The project location will ride the wave of the Belt and Road Initiative, leveraging the national-level key planning of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and being adjacent to the Songshan Lake High-tech Industrial Park. It boasts a unique geographical location, as well as extremely valuable land and cultural resources. It is a treasure land in the prosperous Pearl River Delta economic zone, with tremendous room for development!
To this end, Guoyuan Group has spared no effort. Its subsidiary, Dongguan Guodu Real Estate Company, has provided 10,000 square meters of commercial and residential land for the construction of the Xiangdu International Alliance Headquarters Building. Dongguan Guoyuan Real Estate Development has provided the Guoyuan Plaza Complex Building (already completed, awaiting supporting facilities for use). Guoyuan Decoration Co., Ltd. has provided 25,000 square meters of state-owned land for the organic spice production base and biomedical incubation center of Xiangdu.
Agarwood has always had high economic value, and its supply is often insufficient to meet demand. However, there is still much room for improvement in the promotion and packaging of domestic agarwood. The Oriental Fragrance Capital can unite the strength of the entire industry, leveraging the industrial cluster effect and cultural heritage to enhance the brand image. This will contribute to market internationalization and product value enhancement.
Xiangdu Culture Corporation will participate in the planting and collection of agarwood in seven major agarwood planting regions (Guangdong, Guangxi, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Hainan, parts of Fujian, Yunnan, and Sichuan), and will apply the best technology to agarwood planting. We will establish an Aromatherapy Academy to pass on the aroma culture. Additionally, we will set up an agarwood futures trading platform to eliminate counterfeits and shoddy products, stabilizing market fluctuations. In the areas of production and research and development, deep processing, health preservation, religious undertakings, warehousing and logistics, we will seek excellent partners to jointly promote the improvement and development of the entire platform.
The core value of the entire Xiangdu lies in tourism and culture. We have deeply integrated eco-tourism, green health preservation, cultural edification, and health and environmental protection into every corner of the design. We aim to make every visitor not only come for shopping, but also to fall in love with every blade of grass, every tree, every sculpture, and every statue here. At the same time, the planning of the entire Xiangdu is integrated with modern urban areas in the most harmonious way, avoiding land acquisition and demolition, shortening the construction period, and reducing construction risks.

Xiangdu Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. welcomes all parties to contribute funds and efforts with an open mindset.
