Guangdong Xiangdu Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shenzhen Guoyuan Group, which includes subsidiaries such as Dongguan Guoyuan Shopping Plaza Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Dongguan Guoyuan Decoration Co., Ltd., Dongguan Guodu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Dongguan Guoyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Guangdong Xiangdu Cultural Industry Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Yaxiang Street Industrial Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Guoyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in 1982. In 1996, Guoyuan Company partnered with Yingbang International (Hong Kong) Industrial Company and invested nearly 100 million yuan to purchase land and build factories and multiple glass production lines for import and export in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, establishing Guoyuan Glass Technology Co., Ltd. Through diligent effort and years of cultivation, it has become a leading enterprise in the architectural glass industry. In 2003, with the strong support of the government, the company's chairman, with his outstanding wisdom and unique foresight, bravely faced market challenges, seized opportunities, and invested heavily in building a multifunctional complex square for residential and commercial leisure along the ancient Xiangjiang wharf in Liaobu Town. After more than 30 years of continuous struggle, it has developed into a diversified group company.
