We aim to base development on efficient resource utilization, strict ecological environment protection, and effective control of greenhouse gas emissions, coordinate and promote high-quality development and high-level protection, establish and improve a green, low-carbon, and circular economic development system, practice the concept that "lush mountains and clear waters are invaluable assets", ensure the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, and promote China's green development to a new level.

Since ancient times, spices have been a crucial component of the Silk Road. Later, with the "Belt and Road" initiative, the spice industry has played a significant role in trade. According to statistics, essences and fragrances mainly include three categories: plant essences (such as fragrant flowers, herbs, and trees), chemically synthesized essences, and blended essences. There are over 1,500 types of essences, with subdivisions reaching up to 17,000. China's spice industry generates a production value of RMB 7 trillion, while the global production value of essences and fragrances reaches USD 1.5 trillion, with an annual transaction volume growth rate of 25%. Among them, the production value of the agarwood industry alone reaches RMB 1 trillion. The significant proportion of the agarwood industry benefits from the healthy development of its primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. We focus on developing the breeding of green agarwood (Ganoderma lucidum) varieties, advocating for the global 7.2 billion people to plant one agarwood tree each, aiming to cool the climate by one degree and protect the green ecology of the global village. This is our unshirkable responsibility. The implementation and construction of this project aim to address the current chaos in the essences and fragrances market, where resources are abundant but of poor quality. By combining advantageous resources from all parties, we aim to integrate the unique spice culture and scarce resources of the spice industry, and report to the state for project approval and construction. The goal is to establish a standardized, normalized, scaled, diversified, and internationalized industry, fully leveraging leading enterprises in essences and fragrances, regulating the market standardization and internationalization of essences and fragrances, filling the industry gap, and expanding the spice culture and spice industry trade.

It can be used as a tree species for the transformation of eucalyptus forests in six tropical and subtropical provinces (Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, Yunnan, and Guizhou), a key planting site for defective forests in the wild mountains of Lingnan, a base for the integration of diversified planting and breeding under forests, and the integration of forest health and tourism industries (health preservation, elderly care, leisure, cultural and creative industries, and tourism). By fully utilizing the comprehensive and three-dimensional economy of agarwood planting forests, it is expected to create 1 million jobs and generate 100 billion yuan in fiscal and tax revenue, with an output value budget reaching the trillion-yuan level.

These products are designed and developed in a standardized, industrialized, scaled, and internationalized manner, incorporating modern high technology, intelligent robots, and the wisdom and patents of scientific researchers. Technological research and development products and production are carried out, and manufacturing factories are built to vigorously produce derivative products related to raw materials of the Chenxiang industry, cultural creativity and traditional culture, inherit palace culture, religious culture, and other products. More intelligent products suitable for the colorful modern life are developed to meet and cover global market demands. After more than two decades of development, the agarwood industry has given rise to a number of leading enterprises, such as Huaxia Xiangdu Industry (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. and Chenxiangshan Group. At the same time, it has also spawned local agarwood associations and fragrance culture research associations in various provinces and cities. Huaxia Fragrance Capital Industry (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., situated in Dongguan, the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, has partnered with Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Group Co., Ltd., China Huaxia Cultural Heritage Foundation, and Guangdong Agarwood Mountain Agarwood Development Co., Ltd. to jointly establish the "Huaxia Fragrance Capital" agarwood industry, reshaping it into a "holy land of agarwood", "carbon sink base for medical, cultural, creative, and tourism industries in Agarwood Mountain", and "highland for traditional Chinese medicine and health care in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area". The Liaobu Town Government of Dongguan has invested heavily and established a solid foundation. After several years of exploration and demonstration, Overseas Chinese Town Group has successfully constructed an international agarwood industry cooperation zone, an agarwood tourism and cultural creative park, a five-star aromatic leisure resort hotel, and hosted an international agarwood industry exposition. The Belt and Road Agarwood Expo Park International Cooperation Zone has invited countries from Southeast Asia such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, as well as from Northeast Asia including Japan, South Korea, Russia, and from the Middle East including Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and from Europe and America. In response to the government's call, Sifang has united dozens of agarwood enterprises, agarwood industry associations, and experts from scientific research institutes to collaborate on scientific planting, research, and the formulation of national standards, aligning with international practices. We are selecting high-quality agarwood raw materials, using technology to extract essential oils and effective components, developing biopharmaceuticals, deep processing, and leading enterprises in related industries such as daily fast-moving consumer goods, health and elderly care products, tourism, and cultural and creative products. We invite these enterprises to join as cooperative units, pooling domestic and international agarwood industry resources. In terms of scientific planting, we will span the main agarwood producing areas in subtropical Southeast Asia, both domestically and internationally, introducing or exporting high-quality agarwood (Ganoderma lucidum) varieties to the six southern provinces of China. We aim to leverage national policies to revitalize rural areas, seeking support from various ministries and commissions (such as the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry Bureau, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Resources, National Health Commission, National Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration, State Administration for Market Regulation, China Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Finance, banks, etc.), to encourage more agarwood farmers to plant high-quality agarwood trees, transform tens of millions of acres of eucalyptus forests, tens of millions of acres of defective forests, and tens of millions of acres of low-yield economic forests. We will also coordinate the purchase of agarwood raw materials grown by agarwood farmers, implement targeted poverty alleviation, support the growth of the rural real economy, cultivate and promote the healthy development of the primary, secondary, and tertiary real industries, thereby rescuing the world-class agarwood industry and agarwood culture brand.

8.The important role of "agarwood" in the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine culture within the realm of fragrance culture

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the Wuhan Municipal Health and Wellness Bureau, the Hainan Provincial Health and Wellness Commission, the Foshan Municipal Health and Wellness Bureau, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration of the National Health and Wellness Commission successively announced on their official websites that the traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations "Suhexiang Pills" formulated with aromatic therapy, incense, and agarwood have significant therapeutic effects against the epidemic. It is planned to implement the "Huaxia Fragrant Capital" project in Dongguan City, introducing domestic and international enterprises from ASEAN, the Middle East, Northeast Asia, Europe, and America to collaborate. The project aims to build a professional market hub for fragrant products, an agarwood research and development center, an agarwood trade center, an agarwood futures trade center, an agarwood carbon sink trading center, an agarwood seedling trading center, an agarwood traditional Chinese medicine cultural and creative health care center, a Huaxia agarwood traditional Chinese medicine pavilion/hospital, a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area agarwood cultural city... The project aims to improve the trading environment for agarwood products, expand and extend the industrial chain, and make the "agarwood" cultural industry bigger and stronger. It aims to create a super IP "national fragrance culture" brand for the Bay Area, driven by "agarwood +", to create a diversified industrial integration pan-industry chain pattern, build an international cooperation zone for the fragrant industry, and form a Belt and Road fragrant industry exposition park. The plan revolves around "one core, one town, one village, and one residence". The core is the Huaxia Fragrant Capital production-city-culture-ecology core, the town is the agarwood culture town, the village is the Xixi fragrant health village, and the residence is the elegant Hanxi fragrant residence life. It aims to build a pan-fragrant industry innovation platform, establish a pan-fragrant industry research and development incubation cluster, and form a fragrant industry production, learning, and research base with the "Huaxia Fragrant Capital" "national fragrance culture" IP incubation, "fragrant +" product research, and "fragrant +" market operation research.
